Delivery & Refunds

SB Campus provides two types of study materials:

• Digital materials — accessible immediately after enrollment through your student dashboard at panel.sbcampus.in.
• Physical materials (books, printed notes) — dispatched within 5–7 working days of enrollment confirmation to the address provided at registration.

Delivery of physical study materials within Kolkata is free of charge. For outstation students, a nominal shipping fee may apply and will be communicated at the time of enrollment.

All fees paid to Scorer Arena (SB Campus) are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or personal reasons.
• Inability to attend classes or access the platform.
• Transfer to another institution or program.
• Non-utilisation of study materials or online resources.

In the case of an accidental duplicate payment, please contact us within 48 hours with proof of the duplicate transaction. Such cases will be reviewed and resolved at the discretion of Scorer Arena management.
